Cancellation & Returns
Cancellations
Cancellation are applicable only before the shipping of the item. If the item is shipped from our end, the order can't be cancelled. However returns and refunds will applicable according to our policies.
Returns
We want to provide every customer a great experience. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded. In order to initiate the return, you will have to drop a request at hey@papercoal.com or visit our return page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refund form depends on the payment method chosen while placing the order:
• Paid through Credit / Debit card or netbanking - A full refund will be initiated in the original mode of payment only if the product is in unused and original condition. Refund is initiated within 24-48 hours of inspection and it takes about 2-7 days to reflect in the same mode as the payment.
• Paid through Cash-on-Delivery - A full refund will be initiated in form of store credits only if the product is in unused and original condition.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hey@papercoal.com.
Return Shipping
We usually arrange a pickup of the product using one of our courier partners. You have to keep the product ready for pickup once we share the details with you.
