Shipping & Returns

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original payment method.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Date of delivery and delivery time may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered, usually the delivery is done in 2-5 business days. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Damaged items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at help@papercoal.com including details such as order ID and reference number.

Return & Refunds

We want to provide every customer a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for a small business to offer returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can't be refunded. In order to initiate the return, you will have to drop a request at help@papercoal.com.
Refund depends on the payment method chosen while placing the order:
• Paid through Credit / Debit card or netbanking - A full refund will be initiated in the original mode of payment only if the product is in unused and original condition.
• Paid through Cash-on-Delivery - A full refund will be initiated in form of store credits only if the product is in unused and original condition.
