India
Orders on papercoal.com ship within India. Cost is calculated at checkout. Dispatch is from Jodhpur.

Rest of the world
International orders are quoted. They do not go through checkout. Courier is DHL Express or FedEx. Transit time is confirmed with the quote.

Samples
Samples ship on request, after we have spoken. India: Blue Dart Air from Jodhpur. International: DHL Express; freight is quoted.

Duties and tax
Prices are in INR. Indian GST is included where shown. On international shipments, destination duties, taxes and brokerage are paid by the consignee unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Damage
If a shipment arrives damaged, email hey@papercoal.com with photos and the tracking number within 7 days of delivery.
